Jörg Frischholz, born in 1976 in Hagen (North Rhine-Westphalia), has been Chair of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hanover since 1 January 2022.
He is responsible for Corporate Development and Communication, Legal Department and Office of the Managing Board, Group Organisation/HR, Auditing, Structured Finance, Aviation Finance & Investment Solutions and Commercial Real Estate Deutsche Hypo. He is also responsible for UK, US and Netherlands Relationships with the foreign branches in London and New York as well as a representative office in Amsterdam.
Jasper Hanebuth

Jasper Hanebuth, born in Bremen in 1978, has been a member of the Managing Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NORD/LB since 1 July 2024. He is responsible for finance, treasury and ESG management at the bank. Hanebuth is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Öffentliche Versicherung Braunschweig, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NORD/LB Covered Bond Bank in Luxembourg and Chairman of the Board of Owners of LBS Landesbausparkasse NordWest.
Ingrid Spletter-Weiß

Ingrid Spletter-Weiß, born in 1966 in Wolfenbüttel (Lower Saxony), has been a member of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hannover since 1 December 2021.
She is responsible for the Corporate Customers and Savings Bank Network and Markets segments. She is also responsible for the relationships with Saxony-Anhalt, relationships with Asia in Singapore and the BLSK Private & Business Customers in Brunswick.

Christoph Dieng, born in 1967 in Bad Schussenried, has been a member of the Managing Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hanover since 3 February 2017.
As Chief Risk Officer (CRO), he is responsible for credit risk management, special credit & valuation, risk controlling, research, compliance & security and program NORD/LB 2024. In addition, he is responsible for the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Development Institute and for Relationships Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NORD/LB Covered Bond Bank in Luxembourg.

Dr Christoph Auerbach, born in Mainz in 1977, has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Norddeutsche Landesbank (NORD/LB) in Hannover since 1 April 2024. In his role, he is responsible for Information Technology (IT), Data Insights and Business Management & Operations.
